<strong>diversity of the landscapes<\/strong> in which it is rooted, in the many histories and traditions that only the hills of the <strong>Langhe<\/strong> and <strong>Monferrato<\/strong> know how to express.<\/p><p>It is what our wines made with<strong> artisan mastery<\/strong> know how to give back to us in continuously new ways.<\/p><p>I like to think of the Azienda Agricola Alessandro Rivetto as a <strong>dynamic company<\/strong> in continuous evolution, whose production represents the best of every zone, showcasing the characteristics and <strong>unique aspects<\/strong> of every piece of terrain, vineyard, and place.<\/p><p>We let nature express herself without forcing anything, and learn how to complement the <strong>time<\/strong> and <strong>seasons<\/strong>.<\/p><p>We favor a <strong>mechanical approach<\/strong> rather than chemical or technological that is always in<strong> full respect of the environment<\/strong> <strong>and the people<\/strong> who live and we cultivate historical <strong>nebbiolo vines<\/strong> for making the \u201cKing of wines,\u201d his majesty <strong>Barolo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>I have dedicated two hectares to my passion in obtaining <strong>the area\u2019s<\/strong> <strong>most prestigious wine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Serralunga\u2019s soil is <strong>marly<\/strong> and rich in microelements.<\/p>\n<p>Here, the <strong>monovariety \u201cLazzarito\u201d<\/strong> is located, an important cru in the zone that is recognized today as a Menzione Geografica Aggiuntiva of Barolo, or special vineyards recognized for their unique terroir and high quality.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section vinify grapes that come from the splendid area of <strong>San Rocco Seno d\u2019Elvio <\/strong>and <strong>Como<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We are located in the only <strong>Barbaresco<\/strong> and <strong>Moscato d\u2019Asti<\/strong> production zones that are within the \u201ccapital of the Langhe,\u201d or Alba.<\/p>\n<p>The particular soil composition of <strong>marl<\/strong>, <strong>river rock<\/strong>, and <strong>sand<\/strong> gives our wines inimitable freshness and aroma.<\/p>\n<p>Besides Barbaresco and Moscato d\u2019Asti, here we also produce <strong>Dolcetto d\u2019Alba<\/strong>, <strong>Barbera d\u2019Alba<\/strong> and <strong>Langhe Nebbiolo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div of La Morra in the <strong>Annunziata Ciotto<\/strong> frazione has become the headquarters of our company.<\/p><p>Our <strong>aging cellar<\/strong> is located here, where Barolo waits for long years in the silence of the dark rooms to age and refine.
