WINE MAKING:
in stainless steel tanks, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for about 18 days.

AGING:
over 18 months in stainless steel. In the bottle for 6 months.

CHARACTERISTICS:
ruby red color tending towards garnet, with a vinous aroma, dry flavor, and notes of almond, fruit, and spices..

PAIRINGS:
this wine is good with all meals, especially with first courses, meats, wild game, and cheeses.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
18 - 20 °C.
